Position: International Dynamics 365 CE Field Service Consultant

Department: Customer Engagement

Visa Sponsorship: You must have legal working rights in your country of residence within the EMEA region. Sponsorship and relocation are only available within the Netherlands.

What is your goal?

As a Dynamics 365 CE Field Service Consultant, you will lead international implementations, helping clients optimize service operations through Microsoft technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and implement the latest Microsoft technologies, such as Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform internationally;
  • Deliver high-quality business and software application services to clients.
  • The creation of high-quality and sustainable client solutions.
  • Deliver all consultancy according to the HSO Project Methodology, ensuring that all software applications are implemented successfully according to the project plan.
  • Measure customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior.
  • Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary.
  • Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally.
  • Participation in pre-sales activities as requested.
  • Always represent HSO International professionally and positively.
  • Advise customers on industries’ best practices proactively rather than passively.

You have...

  • University degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering and Management, Management, Computer Science, Information Science or comparable education.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement, ideally in an international environment.
  • Experience in field service and customer service, service desk, case management, queues, dispatching, knowledgebase, contracts / SLAs and customer service, as well as field service planning, inventory and assets management;
  • At least completed two field service implementations.
  • Experience as a consultant on at least 1 international end-to-end CRM implementation – preferable with intercontinental rollouts.
  • Preferred pre-sales experience.
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
