Over time, I developed a keen interest in coding and subsequently became involved in various customization and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) implementation projects.

HSO provided me with the opportunity to work on a data migration project, which was a departure from my previous tasks and significantly improved my skills in SQL and functional areas. When I joined, the Data Migration India team was in its infancy, and it presented a great opportunity for us to prove our capabilities.
We had to engage in discussions, learn the processes, and undertake work that offered a unique experience. Today, the Data Migration team has grown and plays a crucial role in ensuring the accurate migration of client data. I've had numerous chances to take the initiative and share my ideas and opinions.
