Strong emphasis on consultancy

I joined HSO in 2021, marking my third engagement with a Microsoft partner company over the past decade. As a functional consultant, I was drawn to HSO primarily for the opportunity to gain exposure to a diverse range of customer portfolios.

Another compelling factor that led me to choose HSO was their strong emphasis on consultancy within the realm of Microsoft products, especially Dynamics 365. Since joining, I have been an integral part of the team in The Netherlands. My Dutch colleagues have graciously welcomed me into their fold, facilitating a seamless integration into the NL team.

Throughout my tenure, I have been actively involved in both implementation and support projects. In my 10-year career as a business consultant, HSO has proven to be a very rewarding organization.

HSO - GS - Data Migration Lead (D365 F&O Technical)

- Lead the data migration Projects for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, including the design, development, and execution of data migration strategies. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data mapping, transformation, and migration. -Develop and implement data migration scripts and ETL processes using ADF and other relevant tools. - Utilize X++ programming to customize and extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly in relation to data entities and data management frameworks. - Create and optimize MS SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data efficiently. - Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the migration process. - Lead a team of data migration specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. - Monitor and report on data migration progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
