Started as a trainee

I hold a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering and graduated as part of the 2022 campus placement selection at HSO in October 2022, where I joined as a Trainee Analyst in the Customer Engagement (CRM) domain. My decision to join HSO stemmed from my desire to engage in a role that could effectively highlight both my technical and soft skills.

I commenced my journey with the HSO training program that proved immensely beneficial for me as a newcomer. This program not only provided me with valuable knowledge and skills from domain experts but also gave me profound insights into the workings of HSO. The fact that HSO is one of the world’s top business solution and implementation partners, 100% dedicated to Microsoft technology, was particularly inspiring and motivating me to join the organization.

Recognize my potential

Soon after completing the training program, I was given the opportunity to work on CRM projects, allowing me to gain insights into project phases. I learned to apply my knowledge to the assigned tasks and attended client meetings to better understand their requirements.

One-on-one mentoring sessions with my manager played a pivotal role in helping me recognize my potential and boost my confidence in my work. Additionally, the 'upskilling' training helped me improve my personal development skills, resulting in positive changes in my project delivery.
