About the role

A Project Manager at HSO is an execution-focused delivery manager. You are responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and control of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Data, or AI projects. You operate close to the detail—clarifying scope, structuring backlog, driving testing readiness, managing dependencies, and ensuring customer teams understand and fulfil their responsibilities.

This role is deeply connected to HSO’s delivery engine: delivery planning, backlog refinement, requirement analysis, solution build coordination, defect and test management, environment readiness, RAID discipline, and customer engagement. You ensure workstreams stay predictable, structured, and aligned to program goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day delivery of assigned projects or program workstreams, ensuring predictable execution and alignment with program objectives.
  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, sprint plans, and backlog structures in collaboration with functional and technical leads.
  • Clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure backlog items are testable, sized, and ready for build.
  • Drive testing readiness: test case preparation, data availability, environment coordination, and defect management.
  • Maintain strong RAID discipline—tracking risks, issues, dependencies, and actions with proactive follow-up.
  • Manage cross-team coordination across architecture, development, testing, integrations, and customer SMEs.
  • Identify scope gaps early and initiate change-control discussions where required.
  • Communicate clear, factual updates to senior PMs, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Support customer SMEs in understanding their roles in requirements, testing, and validation activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HSO delivery practices and execution standards.

Requirements

  • Must proven experience delivering ERP, Data, or digital transformation projects (Dynamics 365 experience).
  • 3–5+ years of work experience in project delivery roles.
  • Strong grounding in delivery mechanics: backlog management, requirements clarification, test preparation, sprint cadence, and RAID.
  • Ability to collaborate with architects, developers, functional consultants, and customer SMEs.
  • Skilled in identifying and resolving delivery blockers at the detailed level.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity.
  • Experience using DevOps or similar delivery management tools.
  • Hands-on, structured, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in international, multicultural teams.
  • Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when required.
