What is your goal?
The M365 Modern Workplace Architect leads technical strategy and delivery for client projects, ensuring solutions align with business goals. This role requires deep expertise in M365 technologies like SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Device Management, and Power Platform, and involves managing the full engagement lifecycle from presales to delivery and support. The M365 Architect is based in Europe, preferably in The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security solutions including Azure AD, Microsoft Entra, and related technologies.
- Architect and implement Zero Trust frameworks, Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Conduct security assessments, gap analysis, and maturity evaluations for client environments.
- Guide clients through identity modernization journeys including hybrid and cloud-native identity models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity with endpoint, cloud, and application security.
- Stay current with evolving security threats, technologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).

- Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Entra ID Connect, Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and B2B/B2C.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 services: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and OneDrive.
- Experience with security and compliance tools: Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, and Purview.
- Proficiency in migration tools like Azure Migrate, Quest On Demand Migration, BitTitan.
- Strong understanding of authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos.
- Hands-on experience with PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
- Knowledge of tenant-to-tenant M365 migrations (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
- Ability to configure and manage Microsoft Intune for device management, including policy creation and compliance settings.
- Experience leading device migration projects with minimal disruption to end users.

You will resolve incidents, deliver small enhancements, support monthly/period-end activities, and work with the client and HSO teams to prioritize the managed‑services backlog within agreed SLAs. Strong understanding of core finance processes: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, cash & bank, period‑end close. Good troubleshooting skills and experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.). Finance experience in a corporate accounting/finance function is a strong plus. Experience with Power BI or financial reporting tools is a plus. You are... You are ambitious and eager to learn. Excellent communication skills: you are able to explain technical issues to finance users and escalate clearly to technical teams. If so, you’ll have… Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Proven track record of success in selling cloud solutions, preferably with expertise in Microsoft Azure Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS) Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and partners Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and driving business growth Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus Ability to travel 30% or more BenefitsWe offer competitive pay with and performance-based bonus. Deliver and support international implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (formerly AX). Work in a rotating three-shift schedule (day, evening, and night) to ensure uninterrupted 24/7 support across global time zones. Requirements University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, Management, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field. Strong desire to learn and grow professionally. Self-motivated with a drive to challenge yourself and improve continuously. Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX (a plus). Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization in customer-facing roles. Solid understanding of business requirement analysis, process mapping, modeling, and documentation. Exposure to pre-sales activities is an advantage. Excellent command of professional English, both written and verbal. Willingness and ability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
