Position: Engagement Manager - Business Applications (regular travel required)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Visa Sponsorship: You must have legal working rights in the country of your residence within the EMEA region. Sponsorship is only available within the Netherlands.

What is your goal?

As an International Engagement Manager, you will drive new business development across Europe by leveraging customer insights, market trends, and the power of Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related cloud services. You will help clients transform their operations through innovative solutions in Customer Engagement, Field Service, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and manage the full sales cycle - from initial contact to signed agreement - within a marketing-driven business development framework.
  • Advise clients, present tailored solutions, craft proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
  • Stay current on Microsoft Business Applications, licensing models, and HSO’s service and support offerings.
  • Focus on new business acquisition and customer development, particularly around Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Travel approximately 5 days per month across Europe to meet with clients and prospects.

You Bring

  • Experience in consultative sales - locally or regionally - and are ready to expand your impact on a global scale.
  • A strong interest in Microsoft Business Applications and their potential to drive business transformation.
  • Analytical thinking, a self-starting attitude, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (CCO, CEO, COO, CMO, Digital Directors).
  • A desire to be challenged and coached, not directed.

Your have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in new business development, ideally within Microsoft, SAP, or Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with CRM, Field Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and digital transformation topics.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will be based in Denmark, Sweden or Finland. They are a citizen of an EU country and hold full EU working rights.
