You’re great at…

  • Communicating complex change concepts in a clear, practical, and relatable way across project teams, leaders, and end users
  • Translating organizational, process, and role-level impacts into actionable change and adoption plans that support measurable outcomes
  • Facilitating change-related workshops, working sessions, and leadership discussions that drive alignment, readiness, and clear decisions with next steps
  • Bringing a holistic view of business processes, organizational structures, and operating models to technology-driven programs that connect change activities to broader transformation goals
  • Identifying adoption risks, resistance, and dependencies early, and contributing to mitigation strategies, identifying escalation paths when needed
  • Balancing structured change approaches with flexibility in evolving, fast-paced project environments without losing momentum or accountability
  • Leading through influence rather than authority, supporting sponsors and leaders in their role as change agents, while constructively challenging when behaviors misalign with change goals
  • Interpreting adoption, readiness, and feedback data to drive continuous improvement and reinforcement
  • Learning new concepts quickly and applying them effectively within transformation programs
