Role introduction

As the Vice President of Managed Services, you can expect to...

  • Serve as the visionary leader driving the reach of our Managed Services business by overseeing the development and execution of strategies which create consistent business growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the Managed Services business, selling and delivering cross-platform Managed Services programs to expand our client base
  • Lead and oversee the Managed Services business through world-class service delivery, operations, and client management
  • Liaise with Managed Services Directors and Service Line Leads to identify and align on best practices in engaging and selling HSO solutions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction providing strategic guidance during customer transformation journeys from delivery to maintenance, presenting to key stakeholders and creating partnerships that lead to long-term engagements
  • Lead a team motivated by success by staying ahead of industry trends and Microsoft updates, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

You’re great at… 

  • Utilizing your knowledge of Managed Services to provide technical and operational support that creates compelling value propositions aligned customer needs
  • Developing long-standing relationships with key buyers and decision-makers, acting as an executive sponsor to ensure a consistent, high-quality delivery of solutions
  • Driving operational efficiency and excellence within the HSO Managed Services practice: optimizing delivery processes, resource utilization, profitability analysis, and overall financial performance
  • Leading, coaching, and mentoring the Managed Services team in the development of processes, tools, and efficiencies that optimize clients’ Managed Services experience
  • Contributing to the development of thought leadership content, such as whitepapers, webinars, and presentations with a keen eye toward optimizing business growth
  • Strong experience in the Microsoft product suite especially Dynamics F&O and CE as well as Azure Data and Applications
  • Equivalent experience supporting clients running ERP and CRM systems


Sound interesting? If so, you’ll have… 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Minimum of 10 years selling Managed Services, with a focus on cloud services in a Consulting or Professional Services setting
  • Minimum of 10 years previous leadership or managerial experience within a consulting or services organization
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing Managed Services teams, including P&L responsibility in an ever changing technology environments
  • Excellent Executive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a track record of driving business growth
