Position: Campaign Marketer 

Department: Marketing 

Location: Hybrid, with options to work in Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Veenendaal 

Visa: Visa sponsorship not offered. Candidates applying for this role must have full working rights in the Netherlands. 

What is your goal? As a Campaign Marketer, you will plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that position HSO as a thought leader, increase brand awareness, and generate demand. You’ll manage the full process: strategy, design, execution, monitoring, and reporting, aligned with the marketing plan and target industries. 

Key Responsibility

Plan & Execute Campaigns - Translate the marketing plan into executable campaign roadmaps. Manage end-to-end execution, ensuring activities are delivered on time and within budget. 

Demand Generation & Pipeline Impact - Design and execute programs that drive leads, opportunities, and influence revenue. Build targeted messaging and offers that drive funnel progression and highlight high-intent prospects for Sales. 

Content & Assets - Create or coordinate content and campaign assets such as case studies, thought leadership, emails, landing pages, paid/organic social posts, and sales enablement, ensuring alignment with HSO’s brand and voice. 

Events & Activations - Invent, organize, and orchestrate physical events, independently or in collaboration with stakeholders such as Microsoft, customers, and other partners.  

Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, and internal teams across Marketing, Sales, and Delivery. 

Systems, Data & Process - Use systems such as Notion, Canva, Umbraco, Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing and Power BI to monitor campaign performance against objectives. 

Governance & Administration - Own campaign financial planning and budget monitoring, ensuring accurate administration and documentation.

You are... 

  • Results-driven and view campaigns through measurable impact. 
  • Organized and have an eye for detail. 
  • A self-starter who thrives on trust and autonomy. 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written; able to transform complex, technical information into compelling business-driven narratives. 

You have... 

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.   
  • Proven B2B marketing experience; Microsoft ecosystem / Dynamics 365 experience preferred. 
  • Industry familiarity with Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services, or Financial Services is a plus. 
  • Campaign planning and orchestration experience across channels, including events. 
  • Proficiency with Dynamics 365 Marketing and Sales (or comparable CRM/marketing automation platforms).
