Role introduction

  • Serve as the executive owner of HSO’s most strategic accounts, driving enterprise-wide growth and long-term account value 
  • Own and lead the end-to-end account strategy, including revenue growth, profitability, and multi-year roadmap development 
  • Build and maintain C-suite and board-level relationships to align on business priorities and transformation initiatives 
  • Drive large-scale, multi-line-of-business (LOB) expansion across enterprise clients 
  • Lead complex deal orchestration across Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and Alliances 
  • Own account-level governance, including pipeline management, weekly reviews, and escalation resolution 
  • Partner closely with Microsoft to execute co-sell strategy and joint account planning 
  • Ensure alignment between sales execution, delivery outcomes, and overall customer success

  • Acting as the executive owner and strategic leader of high-value enterprise accounts 
  • Building and influencing relationships at the C-suite and board level 
  • Driving complex, multi-year expansion strategies across large organizations 
  • Orchestrating large, cross-functional deal teams to close strategic opportunities 
  • Managing executive-level governance, including pipeline oversight and escalation management 
  • Aligning internal stakeholders across sales, delivery, and partner teams to ensure successful outcomes 
  • Navigating ambiguity and operating with a high degree of ownership and accountability 

Sound interesting? If so, you’ll have… 

  • 8+ years of experience in cross-selling and upselling Microsoft Business Applications and/or Cloud or related services
  • Extensive experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts 
  • Proven success in driving expansion within strategic, high-value clients 
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively at the board level 
  • Deep understanding of transformation-led selling within the Microsoft ecosystem 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders at scale 
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning capabilities
