What is your goal?
As the Solution Architect Lead for Managed Services, you will be responsible for shaping the long-term evolution of our customers' Microsoft business application landscape after go-live. Rather than focusing on project delivery, your role is centered on continuous improvement, platform optimization, strategic advisory and technology roadmap development for enterprise customers running Dynamics 365 and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with customer stakeholders and HSO delivery teams to drive health assessments, roadmap alignment, release readiness, architecture reviews, and strategic improvement initiatives that maximize long-term business value. This role is best suited for an individual with a proven track record as a Lead Solution Architect on complex, international Dynamics 365 programs and enterprise transformations.

- 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365.
- Proven experience working as a Lead Solution Architect on large-scale international implementation projects.

- A track record of defining technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Group Treasury Manager

We are looking for an experienced Group Treasury Manager who can take ownership of operational treasury activities and grow into building and leading a future treasury function. Your Role As Group Treasury Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening treasury processes across HSO’s international organization. Acting as the central point of expertise, you will work closely with senior finance stakeholders to oversee liquidity, funding, intercompany cash flows, banking relationships, and financial risk management, while helping build a scalable treasury foundation that supports HSO’s continued growth. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity for a proactive treasury professional who combines strategic perspective with operational excellence. You will take ownership of this function, work with a high degree of autonomy, and play an important role in bringing greater structure, control, and maturity to the treasury function as the business continues to expand globally.
