With ambitious growth plans, both organically and through acquisitions, we are strengthening our Group Finance function. We are looking for an experienced Group Treasury Manager who can take ownership of operational treasury activities and grow into building and leading a future treasury function.

Your Role

As Group Treasury Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening treasury processes across HSO’s international organization. Acting as the central point of expertise, you will work closely with senior finance stakeholders to oversee liquidity, funding, intercompany cash flows, banking relationships, and financial risk management, while helping build a scalable treasury foundation that supports HSO’s continued growth.

This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity for a proactive treasury professional who combines strategic perspective with operational excellence. You will take ownership of this function, work with a high degree of autonomy, and play an important role in bringing greater structure, control, and maturity to the treasury function as the business continues to expand globally. This is initially a hands-on individual contributor role, with the opportunity to build and potentially lead the treasury function as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Core responsibilities from day one: cash visibility, liquidity forecasting, banking relationships, loan/repayment tracking, intercompany funding.
Development/future scope: treasury policies, insurance risk coordination, factoring, M&A treasury integration, future team/process build-out.

Key Responsibilities by function

Operational Treasury Management

  • Manage day-to-day treasury operations at HSO Group level
  • Oversee cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management to ensure timely meeting finance obligations by HSO Group
  • Manage cash flow forecasting process within HSO; provide guidance and oversee CF forecasting by BUs, own consolidated CF reporting/forecasting
  • Manage intercompany flows and internal funding structures
  • Ensure proper visibility and control over group cash flows

Banking & Financing

  • Manage relationships with banking partners
  • Oversee loan structures, repayments, and financing products
  • Support ongoing funding needs across entities
  • Maintain regular cadence in managing loans and banking obligations

Financial Risk & Controls

  • Monitor FX, liquidity, and financial risks
  • Develop and maintain financial covenants risk management reporting for internal and external stakeholders
  • Own development of treasury policies and controls
  • Support coordination of insurance-related financial risk topics in collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders (future scope)

M&A & Growth Support (future scope)

  • Support treasury-related activities in acquisitions and integrations
  • Ensure alignment of cash structures in newly acquired entities
  • Contribute to scaling treasury processes as HSO continues to grow
  • Work on implementation of factoring solutions

What We’re Looking For

You are:

  • A strong hands-on operator who takes ownership
  • Assertive, ambitious, and proactive
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable in a fast-growing, international environment
  • Culturally aligned and able to collaborate across global teams

You have:

  • 7+ years of experience in treasury or corporate finance
  • Strong experience in operational treasury activities (cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, intercompany flows)
  • Experience managing banking relationships, financing arrangements, and loan facilities from a corporate borrower perspective
  • Experience working with ERP systems, banking platforms, treasury tools, and strong Excel/cash-flow modelling capabilities
  • Ability to step into the role as a quick starter (hands-on and practical)
  • International exposure or experience in multi-entity organizations
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Excellent English communication skills

Helpful to have (but not implicitly needed from day one):

  • Experience with factoring
  • Relevant professional qualification or interest in treasury/finance certification, such as ACT, CTP, CFA, or equivalent is considered an advantage
