HSO Appoints Venkat Rao as US Vice President of Application Platform

In the past five years, the demand for rapid application development, automation, and powerful data insights has grown exponentially. Venkat will provide thought leadership, vision, and strategy in the expansion of HSO’s Power Platform business.

Venkat brings a wealth of Power Platform expertise having led the transition for large enterprises across various industries from legacy systems to Microsoft Business Applications and has been the visionary for expanding the Power Platform business for Fortune 10+ companies.

Venkat joins HSO from Avanade, where he focused on the strategy for delivering Microsoft solutions with a focus on Power Platform and Dynamics 365 while ensuring an exceptional end-user experience. Prior to his time at Avanade, Venkat ran the Power Platform team at PowerObjects, which gave him a deep understanding of what customers really need from low-code application development.
