HSO, in partnership with Microsoft, presents the free workshop: Fabric Analyst in a Day.

Microsoft Fabric is an end-to-end analytics platform that brings together all the data and analytics tools organizations need to go from the data lake to the business user. Fabric integrates technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics and Power BI into a single unified product that allows both data and business professionals to harness the potential of data and lay the foundation for the AI era.

The workshop is designed for Power BI data analysts with experience in Power BI, but are still new to Fabric.

The goal of the workshop is to help you understand how to transform data into a single source of truth that will allow you to better analyze data and reach valuable conclusions.

After attending this workshop you will be able to:

• Identify when organizations can properly use Fabric for certain business scenarios
• Harness the power of Microsoft Fabric to increase productivity using an integrated analytics platform
• Bring together and transform data from different sources using Shortcuts, Dataflows Gen 2 and Pipelines
• Build powerful reports that allow you to reach meaningful conclusions with Power BI
