Internship: IT Support Engineer
Role introduction Are you an enthusiastic and driven student looking to gain work experience in the dynamic world of IT? The role is located inVeenendaal, with the flexibility for some work from home. You will learn to be the first point of contact for technical support, system administration, troubleshooting, and help desk support. What will you do? Act as the first point of contact for internal users (colleagues), providing technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems; Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues; Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing laptops, accounts, and access rights; Monitor and manage IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records; Align on a daily basis with your peers, and on a weekly basis with the broader NL-IT team; Participate in challenging local and global changes and internal IT projects (e.g. tenant migrations, office renovations, and cybersecurity initiatives). If applicable, you will have dedicated time available to focus on your internship project. About the team In addition to being part of the local IT team of HSO Netherlands, you will also join HSO's global IT team, called Group IT. Together, we ensure the continuity of our entire IT infrastructure as well as the support of individual end users.
