Sanya Chhabra is a key player in one of HSO’s fastest-growing cloud transformation teams. As a Modern Workplace Architect, she’s responsible for helping global companies manage all of their essential digital infrastructure and technologies  and people as effectively, efficiently and securely as possible. All during a time of great workplace change, as remote working – and all the data and digital challenges that brings – continues to become the business norm. And she’d only been with HSO for six months when we caught up with her.

Sanya’s HSO story starts back in September 2023 when her husband’s new job saw the couple leave their native India for a new life in Europe. As a Microsoft specialist with 13 years’ experience and a Modern Workplace Architect for six of those years, she wanted the move not only to mark a new, exciting chapter in her family life but also to develop her cross-cultural, problem-solving skills and her customer-first values in an international environment. Marketing Ops & Lead Management Coordinator (Part-Time Contract)

At HSO, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations & Lead Management Coordinator to support our global marketing and sales efforts by managing the flow of inbound leads from various channels. In this role, you will play a key role in managing the global flow of inbound leads from various channels. You’ll own the lead qualification, follow-up, and routing process, and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams across business units to ensure every opportunity is properly pursued and tracked.  This is a part-time position (16–20 hours/week) for an initial duration of 3–5 months, with the potential to evolve into a full-time role and expand to include special projects as the needs of the Global Marketing Team grow. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sales operations, marketing operations, and Microsoft’s partner ecosystem—while growing alongside a dynamic and scaling team.    About HSO   At HSO, we’re more than a global IT consultancy—we’re a catalyst for innovation and growth. We foster a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous learning—where every voice matters and every idea can spark change.  With ambitious growth plans, both organically and through acquisitions, now is an exciting time to join HSO and shape the future of digital transformation on a global scale.    Key Responsibilities  Own the lead flow process for all inbound leads from Global channels, such as website forms and global campaigns, including initial qualification, follow-up, and routing to business units.  Monitor and manage inbound leads from other sources, such as Microsoft AppSource and Partner Center, ensuring timely follow-up by business units to prevent expiration or decline.   Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to accurately track lead outcomes within CRM and improve the lead-handling process.  Assist with marketing operations tasks, including campaign tracking, lead source attribution, basic reporting, and process documentation.  Support cross-functional special projects and evolving operational needs, with opportunities to take on expanded responsibilities as the role grows.  Requirements   Proven experience in software marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement.   Strong administrative and operational skills with deep understanding of lead flow processes and CRM/marketing automation platforms.   Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.   Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Customer Insights - Journeys is a plus.   Experience with AppSource, Partner Center, and Microsoft co-sell programs is a plus.   Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.  Strong English communication skills.
