This deeper contextual intelligence means Copilot can anticipate what you need next, streamline workflows, and reduce time spent searching for information. It also improves personalization across business applications. In short, Work IQ transforms Copilot from a helpful assistant into a proactive partner that truly understands your work environment.
The new Agent Mode in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint enables Copilot to handle complex, multi-step tasks. Just describe your goal and let it deliver.
Instead of simply suggesting edits or formulas, Copilot can now take on full workflows, such as building a detailed report in Word, creating dynamic charts in Excel, or assembling a branded presentation in PowerPoint...all without manual effort.
Content creation is also faster, with new features for generating videos, presentations, and documents, all with built-in compliance and branding. Teams can now produce polished, on-brand materials in minutes.
3. Dynamics 365: Smarter Business Applications
AI is now built into every major module of Dynamics 365. Copilot is available in Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain, streamlining processes like lead qualification, case triage, and forecasting. Model Context Protocol (MCP): Secure, Actionable AI Integration
A major highlight from Ignite 2025 is the introduction of the Model Context Protocol (MCP) across Dynamics 365.
