HSO is delighted to be supporting a newly independent global software escrow business to deliver a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Power Platform solution that will underpin its finance, contract management and operational processes.
The organisation, which serves more than 15,000 customers across 40 countries, required a modern, scalable platform to support its separation from its former parent company and establish independent operations within a 12-month transition window.
With this fixed transition period in place, delivery certainty was as important as solution fit. The business needed to stand up independent finance and contract operations quickly, while creating a foundation that could support future growth, integration and automation.
A Microsoft-first platform for finance and contract management
HSO will implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to support core accounting processes, alongside a custom-built Power Platform application designed to manage escrow contracts, associated billing and records of customer escrow deposits.
The solution will also integrate with existing systems and provide a scalable platform that can support the transition of additional markets from legacy solutions over time.
By adopting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, the organisation will be able to streamline fragmented processes, improve visibility across finance and contract operations, and create a more connected digital foundation for its next phase of growth.
