About the Event: Move from Idea → Action with Microsoft AI

Join Microsoft and HSO for a practical, half-day innovation session designed for Georgia state agencies and local jurisdictions—with a strong focus on real-world use cases that improve digital service delivery, strengthen the contact center, and streamline back-office work.

You’ll see how government teams can apply Copilot Studio, AI Builder, AI agents (agentic AI), and Azure AI using clear guardrails and reusable patterns—so you can move from experimentation to outcomes with confidence.

Note for Georgia state attendees: Per guidance shared with us, Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot are currently restricted at the state, while Agentic AI is green‑lit. We’ll emphasize Agentic AI and Power Platform–based approaches that align with the CIO’s direction; any Copilot content will be framed as policy‑aware and optional.

What You’ll See

  • Website assistants (Copilot Studio) grounded in approved content, with clean escalation to staff.
  • Document intelligence (AI Builder / Azure AI) to turn high-volume forms and paperwork into structured data faster.
  • Agentic AI patterns that extend processes without adding staff burden—what’s realistic, what’s reusable, and how to scale.
  • Contact center augmentation: agent assist, smart handoffs, and actionable service insights—plus how these patterns support emergency response scenarios.

Who Should Attend
Leaders and builders across Georgia state and local government—program & operations, IT/architecture, contact center/service leaders, and developers using (or expanding) Power Platform and exploring AI agents.

Why Attend

  • See proven, reusable patterns for web self-service, document automation, and AI-assisted service (without rebuilding everything from scratch).
  • Learn a practical “when to use what” lens across Copilot Studio, AI Builder, AI agents, and Azure AI—with added emphasis on agentic AI for government.
  • Hear candid guidance in a moderated discussion—what works, what to avoid, and how to build comfort and governance even when adoption is early.
  • For contact center teams: HSO is a participant in Microsoft’s Contact Center Acceleration Program, strengthening delivery rigor and execution.
