Finding the Right Fit: Meet Lynn Bronson
When Lynn Bronson joined HSO, she was looking for more than just a new role. She wanted a culture where people genuinely support one another, opportunities to grow, and a place where she could make an impact. Today, as a Senior Sales Executive in HSO's U.S. Manufacturing practice, she's found exactly that while expanding how she thinks about clients, industries and her own career journey.
"Coming to HSO pushed me outside of my comfort zone, and that's when I realised I was exactly where I needed to be."
Expanding Perspectives and Creating Impact
Lynn Bronson is a Senior Sales Executive in HSO’s U.S. Manufacturing practice, where she works with manufacturing organizations navigating complex decisions around growth and change.
Choosing culture, growth, and challenge
When Lynn Bronson decided to join HSO, she was intentional about what she wanted next in her career. After years in large organizations, she wanted to work at a place where culture truly mattered, where there was a clear path to success, and where leadership created space for learning and growth. Those priorities ultimately led her to HSO.
From Lynn’s perspective, culture stood out early in the interview process. Through conversations with current colleagues, she formed a clear picture of HSO as an employee‑focused organization where people genuinely want one another to succeed.
Joining HSO and navigating change
Coming from a large, global organization into a smaller one came with some uncertainty. That transition brought both excitement and uncertainty, particularly as she adjusted to a smaller company with different ways of navigating work and relationships. What quickly became clear to her was the level of support across the organization.
As she describes it, “everybody here seems to want to help one another be successful.”
She noticed new colleagues at HSO were consistently willing to help each other whether that means answering questions, sharing experience, or stepping in to collaborate. That openness helped her find her footing more quickly and reinforced that making the move to HSO had been the right decision.
Expanding her view of manufacturing
When Lynn joined HSO as a Senior Sales Executive in the US Manufacturing group, she brought with her deep experience selling into automotive and mobility, an industry where she had built credibility over years of navigating complex sales cycles and demanding client environments. That foundation didn’t change when she joined HSO, but the scope of how she applies it did.
Rather than being limited to a single segment, Lynn now engages with manufacturing organizations across a broader range of scenarios. What stood out to her was how familiar many of the challenges felt. Different industries, but many of the same underlying questions around operations, service, scale, and growth.
“Coming to HSO really opened my mindset and made me look at Manufacturing completely differently than I had before.”
– Lynn Bronson
Seeing manufacturing this way, as a wide landscape with recurring business problems rather than isolated verticals, has changed how she approaches her role. It has allowed her to lean into what she does best, guiding clients through complexity, helping them clarify what matters, and positioning solutions that align to where they want to go. For Lynn, that broader view hasn’t diluted her effectiveness. It’s expanded it.
Turning perspective into momentum
That broader view of manufacturing began to change how Lynn showed up in client conversations. Instead of treating each opportunity as something entirely new, she started paying attention to where progress tended to slow down and what clients were really trying to change beneath the surface. The conversations became less about features or tools and more about direction, priorities, and what real business outcomes could look like.
“A lot of times clients don’t really know what they want yet. It’s about helping guide them, showing them the options, and helping them understand what lies ahead.”
– Lynn Bronson
That balance, staying anchored in what she does best while leveraging some of the best deep technical expertise the industry has to offer around her, has allowed Lynn to stay focused on what matters most to clients. It meant leaning more fully into how she helps people think, decide, and move forward, and building mutual success right alongside the progress her clients were making.
What confirmed she made the right choice
For Lynn, it wasn’t one big moment that confirmed she made the right move. It was what day‑to‑day work actually felt like once she joined. Being able to show up as herself, speak openly, and have a real voice in conversations mattered more than she expected. She noticed quickly that ideas weren’t just tolerated, they were welcomed, and that offering a different perspective was simply part of how things moved forward.
That feeling became even clearer when she experienced Vision 2026.
“Coming in totally brand new and being part of Vision was honestly mind blowing. It had been a long time since I’d been in an organization where being together in person was still that important to the culture.”
– Lynn Bronson
Bring your ideas with you
When Lynn talks with people who are considering a move to HSO, she doesn’t start with titles or technology. She talks about opportunity, and what you choose to do with it. Coming from larger organizations, she noticed quickly that HSO operates differently. There is room to shape how work gets done, but that room comes with responsibility.
As she puts it, the expectation is not that everything is already perfectly defined. It’s that you show up with perspective, ideas, and a willingness to engage.
“I always tell people, bring your ideas with you. There’s a lot of room here to make an impact. You really get out of HSO what you put into it.”
– Lynn Bronson
For Lynn, that advice mirrors what she’s gained since joining HSO. Being surrounded by people she respects and learns from has expanded how she thinks, not just about manufacturing, but about her own role in helping clients move forward. She’s been pushed to see problems differently, to keep learning, and to step outside what was familiar without losing the confidence she built over years of experience.
Finding What Matters
Looking back, what stands out most is how much she’s grown. The way she thinks, the way she approaches conversations, and the way she sees what’s possible now. She’s learned from people she respects, expanded how she looks at manufacturing, and pushed herself outside what was familiar without losing the confidence she built over years of experience.
As Lynn reflects on that change, she puts it simply:
“Coming to HSO forced me to step outside of my comfort zone, and that’s when I realized I was exactly where I needed to be.”
