Jandus understands how HSO works with its clients more than most: he used to be one. Back in his native South Africa, HSO was his company’s long-standing partner for Microsoft system integrations and ERP implementations. It’s a relationship which became more than the usual client and supplier interaction: HSO’s commitment to Jandus’ work felt more like a partnership, an extension of his in-house team. In fact, HSO’s dedication to his projects sparked more than business success – it kickstarted a personal and professional move across the world.

More than three years on from that life-changing decision, Jandus and his family are thriving in a small, friendly community near Amsterdam. As a Senior Developer in the growing Integration team, he’s responsible for his clients’ operational and business systems communicating efficiently with each other and working well together – to ensure business success.

During his time at HSO, Jandus has seen his Integration team double in size, but its collaborative, community-minded culture has remained the same. From day one, he’s slotted into a team who are focused on achieving their individual objectives while also pulling together to support and help each other in a hard-working, determined way.

Jandus benefits from a hybrid working pattern. He’s based mainly at home but enjoys going into the office around once a month to meet his diverse team of colleagues and bounce ideas around with them face to face.

He very much values HSO’s autonomous, independent working culture, where, he explains: “everyone is given the responsibility to make their role work, and so everyone takes that responsibility seriously.”

Equally, he’s directly benefited from HSO’s flexible, entrepreneurial values: when he first joined the company, he initially worked in a client consultancy role. After six months, he moved to more of a technical development role, which better played to his strengths at that time. Description At HSO, we’re looking for a Product Manager to join HSO Studio - our global product development team.
