How the Microsoft Dynamics cloud solution enables growth
UPG is a Trimble distribution business for the geospatial industry with offices all over Australia. They sell, service and support Trimble equipment and products. UPG upgraded their ERP system to Microsoft AX 2012, however with the continued growth of the business, UPG needed a new ERP. They felt moving towards the cloud was important as it would allow them to grow exponentially and link offices across Australia to the headoffice and each other.
UPG partnered with HSO who brought in their partner, Delta Insights, to cover the sales, finance, service and logistics of Microsoft Dynamics. UPG and HSO worked seamlessly together to deliver on the project vision - an end to end cloud solution. UPG then transitioned into the managed services environment where HSO continues to ensure UPG can derive more value from the platform.
