Veranova operates within two divisions across the UK and the USA - Generics and Originators and delivers a differentiated service offering to pharmaceutical and biotech companies for every stage of their drug development lifecycle their mission is to be the leading development and commercialization partner in pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.

They wanted to integrate their data and work together better after merging. They decided to create a new IT system in 2022 that would:

• Use an ERP solution to help them grow in the future.
• Make their processes and workflows consistent for different areas like production, finance, sales, and more.
• Use the same names and data for everything, so everyone can see and access them easily.
• Store their data in one place with global access and analytics.
• Keep improving their applications and make their global support simpler.

Veranova also wanted to grow their market and use their human resources well, smooth ways of working, and open collaboration. They had to make sure their deployments were reliable, and that they managed the changes well and got everyone to use the new system across all seven locations. It was a big challenge.

They only had nine months and a small IT team, so they needed a good plan and the right support.
