About the job

Overview - We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Sales Operations Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations by performing data entry tasks, managing and facilitating the flow of data between sales and accounting, and ensuring accurate and timely billing.

Requirements

  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry related to sales operations
  • Facilitate the transfer of data from sales to accounting for billing purposes
  • Ensure all sales orders and billing information are processed and recorded accurately
  • Assist in maintaining and updating sales records and databases
  • Communicate with sales and accounting teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Adhere to documented processes and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Generate and distribute regular sales reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably within a sales or accounting environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with CRM and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with sales and accounting principles is a plus
