Launched in 2014, this program is designed to provide ambitious masters graduates a way to explore the full potential of a career in IT and consultancy. But it's so much more than a standard functional training program. Throughout the program, theoretical knowledge sessions are combined with hands-on activities before embarking on a real projects.

HSO's Masterclass brings Young Professionals from across the world to an intensive 5-week program where they learn hard and soft skills required to be successful at HSO (and beyond).

What can you expect?

Introduction Days
Kick off your journey with two days dedicated to getting to know HSO, Microsoft technologies, and your fellow participants. Expect interactive sessions, team-building games, and a warm welcome into the HSO community.

Masterclass
Dive into an intensive five-week training program covering key topics relevant to your focus area, such as: Dynamics 365, Business Intelligence, the Power Platform, and Azure DevOps. This is where you build your foundation in IT and business consultancy.

Onboarding
Continue with two weeks of hands-on experience, additional training sessions, and personal development planning. You’ll meet your Team Lead and project team, and wrap it all up with a celebratory day to mark your progress.
