What should firms prioritize when evaluating a new CRM solution?
Having been in this position of looking for a new CRM solution in house at a law firm, the primary thing that's very important is the software itself.
Will it do what's needed? Is it going to meet our business requirements?
One of the areas that I put a lot of emphasis on was the partnership with the vendor. This is a long-term partnership - this is not a simple solution. Some help you turn it on and then you don't see them again. We have a partnership with you to continue developing the legal360 platform to continue meeting the needs of the law firm's business. Which is why looking at that partnership is very important. It's something that we take very seriously and we make sure that we build a successful relationship with all of our clients.
