I want to show you how to actually take Customer Insights data and surface it inside these other applications. In this particular scenario, it is surfaced in two places. One is through an interactive dashboard.
This happens to see all the details that we are pulling out of the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights system and application. We can, for example, drill through these details and see Assets Under Management (AUM) by product, how inflows and outflows by month, information by office, branch and rep views.
We can scroll through all these views, we can do filtering. If you wanted to see it by a particular portfolio manager, particular product or a particular strategy, we can do all that through these applications very quickly and very easily.
As we finally navigate to the last one – if it makes sense, you can even export this information and use it in other tools.
The other important place is at the Advisor level. We’re going to take a look at our advisors. I’m going to look into Patti – which is surfacing inside of its own tab. You see contact details for Patti, the Opportunities, Cases, Campaign History, Notes and Attachments. You can drill into more contact details, news and information, which can be linked to their Twitter account and finally, the Customer Insights.
This is where the Dynamics Customer Insights application is being able to surface that information such as activities in a timeline. These are activities that are coming from Marketing team email, coming from social media more and more, coming from inside mobile apps inside of data packs. A lot of this information is coming from those sources and allows us to put it literally in any other application.
