The first thing we do with new clients is a discovery phase. We spend time talking about the needs of the business, and what the business currently does for certain areas. Then, we design the legal360 platform to meet those needs to make sure it's customized using the firm’s nomenclature to be successful for the firm. We design each implementation specifically for that firm's needs based on a phase of discovery discussions.
