Outside the control of Public Sector organisations is the changing demographics of their communities. A growing and aging population is changing the demands and types of service need. And evolving technology also shapes how people interact with those services, and the organisations providing them.
This means that local authorities, such as Kent County Council, must find new and agile ways of delivering services to keep up with the pace of change.
