Norse Group partners with HSO and Microsoft to drive transformation through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

Norse Group, the largest local authority trading company in the UK is embarking on a major technology transformation with HSO.

Norse Group, the largest local authority trading company in the UK and leading provider of facilities management, property consultancy and care services, is embarking on a major technology transformation. This is a significant step in scaling the group with simplified systems and processes which will support growth, business insight, and introduce smarter ways of working for its employees.

As part of this exciting transformation, Norse Group has joined forces with Microsoft and HSO, a business transformation partner with deep industry expertise and global reach. This strategic collaboration aims to leverage the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance which, bolstered by other best practice technology solutions, will simplify the Norse technology landscape as it introduces standardised group systems and processes.

“With the implementation of D365 we’ll have a single source of accurate data, providing the business insights needed for making informed decisions. Freeing up valuable time for finance and operational teams will allow us to engage more fully with our customers and focus on adding value. It will support us as we operate as One Norse, enabling us to scale and meet our strategic plans for growth”.

Zoe Repman Group CFO, Norse Group

With technology transformation a cornerstone of Norse Group's growth strategy over the next five years, the partnership with HSO is part of its move to standardisation and adoption of best practice systems and processes.

“Embracing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and other best practice systems will deliver simplified, seamless end-to-end services & processes for both customers and employees. We are proud to be partnering with Norse on this transformation.”
