This training-oriented session will guide participants through how Microsoft’s low-code and AI tools can be applied to public sector use cases. The structure will follow a progressive format—building from foundational concepts to applied use cases—with attendees working in small groups. Hands-on exploration will be enabled through shared Microsoft environments, so no individual logins or pre-configured tools are required. However, participants must bring a device (laptop or tablet) to follow along and participate in the exercises. Topics will include:
