For many healthcare-focused non-profits, moving from early AI exploration to real impact can feel out of reach. Barriers like limited capacity, unclear ROI, and difficulty scaling across programs often stall progress—especially when decisions involve sensitive data, complex operations, or constrained resources.
This discussion-based session offers a chance to connect with peers and explore how to navigate the path from experimentation to implementation. Facilitators from Microsoft and HSO will guide an open conversation where we’ll:
- Share where organizations are in their AI journey—and what’s holding them back
- Discuss how AI could support better decision-making and scale across programs
- Identify what’s needed to move from pilot efforts to sustainable outcomes
This is a conversation—not a presentation. You’ll leave with insights from peers, practical considerations, and opportunities to continue exploring what comes next.
