Most AI conversations stay theoretical. This workshop is about getting hands on. Over the afternoon, you’ll take a quick look at where your team is today, explore practical ideas, and build a simple agent prototype with support along the way.

  • 1:00 PM – Welcome and introductions: Overview of the workshop goals and a chance to meet the HSO and Microsoft teams.
  • 1:15 PM – Agent 101 : A simple walkthrough of what AI agents are and how Finance teams use them.
  • 1:45 PM – PayFlow Agent demo: A live demonstration of a Finance agent to spark ideas before the build session.
  • 2:00 PM – Use case brainstorm: Identify high value, low complexity opportunities using our guided framework.
  • 2:45 PM – Hands on agent build: Create your own agent prototype inside Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio with support from our team.
  • 3:45 PM – Showcase and next steps: Share your prototype and outline a clear plan for activation inside your organization.
