Role introduction

As a D365 CRM Senior Technical Consultant you can expect to…  

  • Produce thorough gap analysis and participate in analysis phase; Validate business and technical requirements as they relate to the client; Participate in analysis phase of projects  
  • Lead discussions with the client and project teams during the Project Technical Design meetings  
  • Facilitate and conducts technical design sessions and workshops on specific areas such as prototyping, data mapping, business rules, integrations, data migration, etc.  
  • Derive technical resolutions to business processes required by the users  
  • Perform advanced configuration and customization of the D365 solution  
  • Develop within D365 CRM system, specifically with C#, JS w/ Angular JS Framework, XRM Page model, configuration of forms, workflows, etc.  
  • Write D365 CRM Plug-ins and work on CRM instance administration  
  • Develop Power Apps within D365  
  • Develop Integrations (.NET, SSIS) using Microsoft’s latest integration APIs, WebAPI & KingswaySoft   
  • Support the deployment of D365 CRM Integration customizations by creating installation procedures and documentation  
  • Use SQL development, optimization, debugging, security, and tracing   
  • Write unit tests for completed development components of projects  

 

Sound interesting? If so, you’ll have…  

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, MIS, or related field  
  • 4+ years of experience working with recent versions of D365 CRM   
  • 5+ years of technical experience working with technologies including but not limited to: C#, .NET, SQL, XML, ASP, JavaScript, AngularJS, SSIS, SSRS, Scribe, KingswaySoft  
  • Ability to identify risks and provide risk analysis options  
  • Experience with configurations of CRM including, but not limited to, forms, workflows, business rules, record security, business process flows  
  • UX design experience developing wireframes and workflows  
  • Long-range vision and ability to manage a sub-work stream within a project start to finish

Physical Requirements: 

  • This is a sedentary position that primarily involves sitting/standing. You can expect to: 
  • Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods 
  • Work on a computer and look at a computer screen for prolonged periods 
  • Move about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another 
  • Communicate with others to exchange information via telephone, email, instant messaging tools and video conferencing 
  • Perform repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers (i.e. typing on a keyboard, using a computer mouse, etc.) 
  • Assess the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned 
  • Travel by airplane, train, or automobile to client sites to perform sedentary work as outlined above
