In this role, you’ll join a collaborative team of seasoned professionals, working alongside colleagues from Group Reporting Finance, Operations, Marketing and HR, as well as consulting experts in Data and Power Platform solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and metrics.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.
- Optimize data processes for performance and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, or in a related role.
- Proficiency and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Demonstrates solid understanding and working knowledge of data processing tools and languages, including SQL, Python, and Fabric.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork across diverse environments.
- Skilled in engaging cross-functional stakeholders of varying seniority to gather requirements and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
