Key Responsibilities
- Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dataverse (tables, forms, views, business rules, workflows, security).
- Develop and maintain JavaScript form scripting using modern ES6+ features (arrays, objects, arrow functions).
- Design and develop Dynamics 365 plugins and server-side extensions.
- Build and maintain Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate flows.
- Implement client-side validations, UI enhancements, and business logic in Dynamics 365.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs.
- Debug and optimize solutions using Dynamics 365 tools and browser DevTools.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver business solutions.
- Maintain solution quality using Git and standard development practices.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE) / Dataverse.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript for Dynamics 365 customizations (ES6+, arrays, objects).
- Experience developing Dynamics 365 plugins.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, especially Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Experience with REST API integrations.
- Familiarity with Visual Studio Code, browser DevTools, and Git.
- Solid understanding of CRM concepts and workflows.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Experience with XrmToolBox.
- Experience with PCF (Power Apps Component Framework).
