Role Overview
We are looking for a Technical Power Platform Developer with strong hands-on experience in building enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and TypeScript, with the ability to design, customize, and extend Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
• Customize and extend Power Platform capabilities using TypeScript
• Develop and manage data models using Microsoft Dataverse
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems using Power Automate, APIs, and connectors
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure best practices in solution architecture, performance, security, and scalability
• Support deployments, troubleshooting, and post-production enhancements
• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions

Required Skills & Experience
• 4–7 years of overall experience with strong hands-on Power Platform development
• Proven experience with: o Power Apps – Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps o Microsoft Dataverse (tables, relationships, security roles) o TypeScript for extending Power Platform (PCF controls, customizations)
• Experience with Power Automate workflows
• Good understanding of Power Platform architecture and ALM practices
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure services, REST APIs, or third-party systems
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Good to Have
• Experience with Power Platform Component Framework (PCF)
• Knowledge of Azure Functions / Logic Apps
• Power Platform certifications
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments Soft Skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently as a Technical Consultant
• Good documentation and presentation skills
