Role introduction

 
As an HR Business Partner, you can expect to…
  • Serve as a dedicated, embedded HR partner to an assigned service line, aligning people strategies with business objectives and acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers
  • Own the end-to-end performance management lifecycle for your service line, ensuring timely completion of reviews, development plans, and feedback cycles
  • Facilitate calibration sessions to drive consistency, identify high and low performers, and support fair, data-driven talent decisions
  • Partner closely with the Chief People Officer on talent reviews, succession planning, promotion readiness, and identification of high-potential employees
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters within your service line, advising leaders on conflict resolution, performance improvement, corrective action, and terminations
  • Support employee relations investigations in collaboration with the CPO and Legal, ensuring confidentiality, consistency, and compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Partner with HR Operations to deliver a seamless onboarding experience, coordinating onboarding plans, buddy assignments, and manager readiness for new hires
  • Review and analyze exit interview feedback, identifying trends and contributing insights to retention and engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to deploy training initiatives, identify skill gaps, and recommend targeted development opportunities aligned to business needs
  • Translate engagement survey results into actionable, localized plans in partnership with service line leaders
  • Work closely with Resource Management to support workforce planning, utilization, and retention across the service line
  • Act as a liaison for HR programs and policies, clearly communicating corporate initiatives and gathering feedback on adoption and effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate employee data in BambooHR and related systems, ensuring organizational structures, job titles, and employee records remain current and reliable
  • Generate people-related reports and insights for HR leadership and business stakeholders to support informed decision-making
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Operations to resolve employee changes, system issues, and process questions efficiently

  • Acting with integrity and accountability while handling confidential and complex employee matters

Sound interesting? If so, you’ll have…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
  • Strong working knowledge of performance management, employee relations, and core HR operations
  • Experience supporting leaders in professional services, consulting, or technology-driven environments (preferred)
  • Familiarity with talent reviews, engagement surveys, and succession planning processes
  • Experience using HRIS platforms (BambooHR preferred) and Microsoft Office tools
  • HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
