Role introduction

At HSO GS, we are looking for a Functional Consultant specializing in the Supply Chain modules of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

In this role, you will play a key part in the implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. You will work closely with clients to configure and customize the system to meet business needs, conduct functional testing, and ensure successful deployments.

Additionally, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support, troubleshoot functional issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, including system setup, configuration, and alignment with business processes.
  • Conduct functional testing, validate system configurations, and ensure successful deployments.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support, resolving functional issues efficiently.
  • Develop Functional Design Documents, perform testing, and maintain documentation.
  • Analyze root causes of recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Support clients during UAT and Hyper Care phases.
  • Prepare reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, developers, and consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or support, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or Dynamics AX, with a focus on the Supply Chain modules.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain business processes, including inventory management, procurement, production control, warehouse management, and sales order processing.
  • Proven experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Ability to independently analyze and resolve complex functional incidents.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
  • Certifications: MB-330 – Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site client work.
