Role introduction

Description:
D365 F&O Lead Support Consultant wanted in New York, NY to lead hands-on troubleshooting, debugging and resolving.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 product using X++ programming language.
  • Support end user issues
  • Debug and troubleshoot support incidents caused by customizations or configurations
  • Interface with vendors for installation and technical support
  • Performance tuning of customized code and monitoring practices to ensure on-going performance benchmarking and resolution of bottlenecks
  • Develop new feature enhancements, provide strategic support on future upgrade strategy, performance monitoring and new feature implementation
  • Work on standard GL, AR, AP, Cash and Project modules within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Create and review technical spec documentation
  • Upgrade of code from older versions of Dynamics application to D365
  • Develop new features and redesign using D365 F&O extension framework
  • Develop functional specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans
  • Break down functional requirements into technical designs, development tasks and execute to completion
  • Use full life cycle upgrade and implementation experience with D365 F&O in Core Application Functionality
  • Use related technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft .NET, Active Directory, Application Integration Platform (AIF), Data Migration Framework (DMF), LogicApps, Azure Data Lake and Azure DevOps
  • Use core D365 F&O development tools, including X++ and C# and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) within D365 F&O

Requirements:

  • Option to telecommute.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science plus 5 years of experience in job offered or similar occupation
  • Salary: $189,592/yr.
