Job Description: Lead Developer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Global Delivery for HSO Germany) Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to join our HSO India team, specifically dedicated to supporting enterprise projects for HSO Germany. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between technical requirements and business solutions. You will not only design and develop high-end Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions but also provide architectural leadership, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the technical design of complex D365 CE solutions, including architecture definition, data modeling, and integration strategies. Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications, focusing on the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) and Legal industries. Define and enforce governance regarding Dataverse security roles, field-level security, and environment management. Development & Implementation: Hands-on development using Plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, Power Automate, and Power Apps (Model-driven & Canvas). Implement complex integrations using Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) and third-party APIs. Extend core functionalities ensuring high code quality and performance.
