Job Description· 2 or more areas of industry experience or expertise · 2 or more areas of D365 CRM application experience or expertise · Work with sales and project team members in scoping solutions to address business-level requirements for all industry verticals. · Collect client requirements and the ‘why’ behind those requirements to effectively communicate the subsequent ideology behind the development of solutions. · Contribute to budgets, roadmaps and project plans required for the successful delivery of the recommended solutions, working with the project team. · Effectively write, document, and map requirements while crafting Dev Ops work items for effective delegation where applicable. · Speak to the design of the system and the implications of decisions made by stakeholders while effectively communicating this to the Solution Architect · Assist with or complete all requirement gathering and grooming sessions, process mapping, and required configuration tasks to completion. · Provide regular status updates to Project Managers and other team members or stakeholders, in accordance with the implementation methodology. · Work with the rest of the implementation team to resolve customer issues and ensure all projects have a successful outcome in accordance with your analysis. · Conduct system testing to ensure the configurations and customizations of the system meet the client’s requirements and strategic goals. · Provide customer-focused value-added consultation and advisory in accordance with the D365 CE Applications · Provide Company standard documentation as required. · Perform additional related duties as required.
