On-Demand Webcast: Non-Profit by the Numbers - Part 5

Understanding Program Participants

Understanding the effectiveness of programs offered by your non-profit is important to demonstrate to your donors and members. But it’s also important to understand program effectiveness at an individual participant level. By getting a clear picture of metrics like how long a participant stays in a program, the success rate, the rate at which participants come back into a program, and so forth, you can better assess the effectiveness of the program or even your entire organization.

In part 5 of this 5-part on-demand webcast series for non-profits, you’ll learn how to dig into participant data to help you make smarter decisions about your programs. Felicia Lemons, Director of Strategic Initiatives at Urban Youth Alliance, will join in this discussion.

We’ll also explore how your non-profit can do what you do best – change lives – through better data management practices that we have highlighted throughout the series.
