Bulk Anonymization

Dynamics Data Masking allows bulk anonymization of records for any specific entity. You can use Setting Values to set each field that needs to be anonymized in a specific format and use it to anonymize the records. Bulk anonymization processed records are unrecognizable and almost unreadable.

Bulk Randomization

For any specific entity, Dynamics Data Masking allows for bulk randomization of records. Sample addresses and names are two distinct entities that can be used in setting values. If you map the entity fields to these sample addresses and sample name fields, the processed records will still be readable but will be sample data.

Sample Names & Addresses

The entities Sample Names and Addresses are used to upload sample records. The record fields from these entities are randomly used in the randomization process if they are mapped to entity fields in the setup of the setting values.

Dashboard

Dynamics Data Masking contains additional fields in three out of the box entities, which are most likely to be anonymized or randomized. Based on these additional fields the Data Masking Dashboard displays the number of (un)processed Accounts, Contacts and Leads.
