Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and attract top IT and Microsoft technology talent using channels like LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and our internal candidate database.
  • Partner directly with hiring managers, truly understanding business and technical requirements to shape robust recruitment strategies.
  • Steer the full recruitment cycle: from initial outreach to onboarding high-potential hires who will drive our digital transformation goals.
  • Build engaging talent pipelines and deliver a standout candidate experience at every touch point.
  • Champion employer branding—showcase HSO at job fairs, events, and online.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics, propose improvements, and help evolve our talent acquisition processes with cutting-edge tools and trends.
  • Ensure successful onboarding and integration of new hires.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3 years in tech recruitment, ideally within the Microsoft/domain IT sector.
  • Deep understanding of IT and engineering roles and background.
  • Proven expertise in ATS solutions, Boolean Sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience with various interviewing techniques, including behavioral interviewing and assessment centers.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Passion for talent attraction, continuous improvement, and building great candidate experiences.
  • A growth mindset, eager to learn and keep pace with the evolving tech landscape.

This is your opportunity to join a high-impact role at the heart of our global operations.Your Role: What You’ll DoAs Group reporting manager, you’ll be a key player in our finance transformation. You’ll lead financial reporting, drive performance insights, and collaborate with local finance teams across the globe.Key responsibilities include: Run the end-to-end consolidation process on group level (quarterly/annual; in a year from now: monthly as well) Prepare external reporting to different stakeholders (shareholders, banks, other partners upon request) Support the annual financial statements’ audit process Maintain Group Accounting Manual Be an internal point of advice/expertise for HSO organization on Special accounting topics (incl. acquisitions etc), prepare position papers, upon request research Work with Head of Group Reporting to set up the process for compliance (including CIT/VAT/other taxes) and tax control, oversight of countries tax compliance. Xurrent (4me) is our new internal service management platform, designed to streamline operations and elevate the support we provide to our clients. In this role, you won’t just be maintaining a system—you’ll be shaping how over 300 colleagues in our Managed Services team interact with it daily. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to tailor the platform to real-world needs, ensuring it evolves in step with our services. With a high degree of autonomy, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of the platform and play a central role in how effectively we deliver value to our clients. As a Xurrent Application Administrator at HSO, you will play a pivotal role in our dedicated IT team and responsible for configuring and maintaining the Xurrent Service Management Platform.
