Are you passionate about driving business growth in the fast-evolving world of AI and data platforms? HSO is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to generate new business and drive revenue growth across New Zealand, specializing in AI and data platform solutions. You’ll play a critical role in identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, collaborating with delivery and product teams, and executing strategic sales plans.Key Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted industry prospecting and lead generation, leveraging our strategic partner network.Develop a deep understanding of HSO’s product offerings and how they address client needs.Prepare and present compelling proposals, demonstrations, and sales presentations that communicate the value of AI and data platform solutions.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, scope, and quote solutions tailored to client expectations.Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape.Actively contribute to best practices and continual improvement at HSO, including global engagement and social media presence.Engage with clients in New Zealand, with opportunities to work with Australia, Asia Pacific, Europe, and North America.General Duties:Prioritize workload to ensure high standards and urgency for business-critical tasks.Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.Responsibly manage business resources within accountability levels.Comply with all employment obligations and promote the business’s best interests.Demonstrate commitment to Work Health and Safety.
