D365 CE, Presales Solutions Architect
Overview: As a D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Presales Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving customer success through innovative solutions. This position combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to deliver compelling demonstrations and presales engagements that inspire customers to embrace Microsoft technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop Demonstration Frameworks: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and build a comprehensive demonstration framework and point of view for CRM including Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre, Copilot, Agents and AI capabilities. Expand Industry Perspectives: Continuously enhance the demonstration framework by incorporating industry-specific scenarios and emerging technologies. Evangelize Innovation: Promote new and emerging technologies—including Copilot, Agentic AI—through industry conferences, events, public forums, and social media. Support Delivery Teams: Collaborate with Service Line leads to leverage advanced technologies to create compelling offerings and drive business value. Presales Storytelling: Consult with clients, potential clients and Microsoft sellers to craft narratives that resonate with customers’ strategic business goals. Utilize ways our industry solutions coupled with Microsoft platform can contribute to those goals Customer Demonstrations: Participate in the design and delivery of tailored one-to-one customer presentations and demos aligned with customer needs. Opportunity Support: Collaborate with delivery teams to build accurate estimates and quotes for opportunities. Where warranted, participate in the initial phases of projects to ensure customer’s vision is realized Solution Architecture: Act as a high-level solution architect, providing strategic support to lead architects on key projects. Facilitate Workshops: Lead envisioning workshops and other technology consulting engagements to help customers define their digital transformation roadmap. Mentorship: Guide and mentor presales resources to deliver world-class demonstration experiences.
