Integrated Tender Process
The commercial tendering phase can be monitored using leads and opportunities in Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement, and corresponding business process flows and Stage-Gate procedures can be customized per Project Risk Category. The relevant business process flow with required fields can be initiated based on the Project Risk Category. The associated business process will change if a Project Category changes throughout the tender process.
