Marketing Ops & Lead Management Coordinator (Part-Time Contract)
At HSO, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations & Lead Management Coordinator to support our global marketing and sales efforts by managing the flow of inbound leads from various channels. In this role, you will play a key role in managing the global flow of inbound leads from various channels. You’ll own the lead qualification, follow-up, and routing process, and collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams across business units to ensure every opportunity is properly pursued and tracked. This is a part-time position (16–20 hours/week) for an initial duration of 3–5 months, with the potential to evolve into a full-time role and expand to include special projects as the needs of the Global Marketing Team grow. Key Responsibilities Own the lead flow process for all inbound leads from Global channels, such as website forms and global campaigns, including initial qualification, follow-up, and routing to business units. Monitor and manage inbound leads from other sources, such as Microsoft AppSource and Partner Center, ensuring timely follow-up by business units to prevent expiration or decline. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to accurately track lead outcomes within CRM and improve the lead-handling process. Assist with marketing operations tasks, including campaign tracking, lead source attribution, basic reporting, and process documentation. Support cross-functional special projects and evolving operational needs, with opportunities to take on expanded responsibilities as the role grows.
